Mysteriously, Mutilated Cows Are Washing Up On Beaches

Mysteriously, Mutilated Cows Are Washing Up On Beaches

Denmark Dead Cows
Scientists and law enforcement alike have thus far come up with no explanation for the dozens of cattle carcasses that have been washing up lately on beaches in Sweden and Denmark. Police believe that all of the cases are related since the cows have all been black-and-white Holsteins, and none had any identification tags or markers.
Since December 29th, a total of eight dead Holsteins have been found by people casually walking on beaches in southern Sweden as well as three in Denmark. All the animals had been partially mutilated, with all or at least parts of their ears cut off.
The simplest explanation is that the tags on the ears were removed to prevent the animals from being traced or identified. But the big question of “why” the animals were dumped in the first place remains an absolute mystery.
Danish and Swedish police suggested today that the cows may have been dumped from a transport ship in the Baltic Sea. But if that is the case, there must have been some reason as to why the animals would have been thrown overboard. Whatever that reason, the people who dumped them did not want the corpses traced back to them.
Even more mysteriously, none of the animals had any traces of disease when they were autopsied by top veterinarians.
